基于Simulation云图分析的新型液压缸结构设计

摘要:设计了一款新型液压缸,该结构液压缸具有传动及夹紧功能,功能多样化能适用于多种液压系统需求。论文详细介绍了该液压缸的结构组成、传动与夹紧的工作原理。采用SolidWorks软件进行结构设计并建模。为了保障传动设计的可靠性,对关键零部件-缸筒壁厚及缸盖端部连接处螺纹进行了强度校核。为了保障夹紧操作的可靠性,通过SolidWorks Simulation云图对夹紧套的核心零部件-模板分布架及夹紧牙块进行了受力及变形仿真分析。分析结果用于指导产品样机生产和性能试验,产品被用户采用,验证了其结构设计的合理性。

A New Type of Hydraulic Cylinder Structure Design Based on Simulation Analysis

Abstract:A new type of hydraulic cylinder is designed. The hydraulic cylinder has the functions of transmission and clamping. Its diverse functions can be applied to various hydraulic systems. The structure、 transmission and clamping principle of this hydraulic cylinder are introduced in detail. SolidWorks software is used to design and model the hydraulic cylinder structure. In order to ensure the reliability of transmission design, the strength of the key parts - cylinder wall thickness and the thread at the end of cylinder head was checked. In order to ensure the reliability of the clamping operation, the stress and deformation of the template distributor and the clamping tooth block,which is the core parts of the clamping jacket,were simulated and analyzed by SolidWorks Simulation cloud image. The analysis results are used to guide the production and performance test of product prototype, and the product is adopted by users, which verifies the rationality of its structure design.
