一种森林灭火弹战斗部爆炸的数值模拟

摘要:介绍了一款基于迫击炮发射的森林灭火弹。该灭火弹在设计中,综合考虑了灭火距离及灭火效果,并在保证灭火安全等要素下,将弹体的战斗部增大一倍,外置于迫击炮进行发射,主要是为了增加灭火剂装填量,以增大灭火面积。在战斗部弹体材质的选取上,考虑了钢质薄壳和ABS工程塑料两种材质,并用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学软件分别对两种材质进行了爆炸的数值模拟,从爆炸云图及选取的不同材质的5组节点径向爆炸速度曲线图上,理论分析出运用ABS塑料对爆炸冲击的能量吸收较大,灭火面积也大,初步验证了运用ABS工程塑料的可行性,为弹体新材料的选取提供参考。

The Explosion Simulation of a New Forest Fire Extinguishing Bomb

Abstract:A new type of forest fire extinguisher based on mortars is introduced in this paper. In the design of the fire extinguisher, the fire extinguishing distance and fire extinguishing effect are considered synthetically, and under the condition of ensuring the fire extinguishing safety and other factors, the warhead of the missile body is doubled and launched by mortar, mainly in order to increase the amount of fire extinguishing agent and increase the fire extinguishing area. In the selection of warhead shell material, two kinds of materials, steel shell and ABS engineering plastic, are considered in the selection, and the numerical simulation of explosion of the two materials is carried out by ANSYS/LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software respectively. From the explosion cloud picture and the radial explosion velocity curve of five groups of nodes of different materials, it is theoretically concluded that the energy absorption of explosion impact by ABS plastic is large, and the theoretical fire extinguishing area is also large. The feasibility of using ABS engineering plastics is preliminarily verified, which provides a reference for the selection of new materials for projectiles.
