基于Plant Simulation的涂装线传送带容量的优化配置研究

摘要:为解决某企业转向架检修车间轮对涂装线部分工位阻塞的问题,通过收集轮对涂装线的现场布局、工艺与物流过程、加工工时等数据,利用Plant Simulation三维仿真软件建立基于实际生产工艺的仿真模型。分析模型仿真运行后的数据,确定涂装线在生产过程中存在瓶颈问题。针对轮对涂装线存在的瓶颈问题,采用传送带容量优化配置的方法对轮对涂装线进行优化。对优化前后的仿真数据进行对比分析,结果显示优化方案降低了生产线工位的阻塞率,消除了瓶颈问题,提高了生产线的产能。

Research on Optimal Configuration of Capacity of Conveyor Belt in Coating Line Based on Plant Simulation

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of blocking part of the wheelset coating line of a company’s bogie maintenance workshop, through the data collection of the field layout, process and logistics process, processing time and other data of the wheelset painting line, the simulation model based on the actual production process was established with plant-simulation 3d Simulation software. By analyzing the data of simulation operation, it is determined that the bottleneck problem exists in the production process of coating line. In order to solve the bottleneck problem of wheelset painting line, the capacity optimization method of conveyor belt was adopted to optimize the wheelset painting line. The simulation data before and after optimization were compared and analyzed, and the results showed that the optimization scheme reduced blocking rate of production line positions, eliminated bottlenecks and improved production line productivity.
