横风条件下重载货车直线区段运行安全性研究

摘要:针对直线区段横风载荷对重载货车动力学性能影响规律开展研究。基于车辆动力学理论,建立了考虑横风载荷的三连挂重载货车单元三维仿真模型,计算分析空载和满载两种状态下车辆运行速度与横风风速对轮轨相互作用的影响。研究结果表明:货车轮轨力和各项安全性指标均随车辆运行速度和风速的增大而增大,轮轨横向相互作用受横风载荷影响尤为显著;空载货车受强风载荷作用具有较高倾覆风险,满载货车在横风载荷作用下依旧满足车辆运行安全需求;列车开行通过多风区段应适当限速运行,强风区域设置挡风墙,以降低横风载荷对行车安全的威胁。

Investigation on Running Safety of Freight Wagon Subjected to a Crosswind on Tangent Track

Abstract:This paper presents a simulation study on the influence of crosswind on the dynamic performance of the freight wagon. On the basis of the vehicle dynamics theory, a 3-pack wagon model considering the crosswind load has been developed, and the effects of the running speed and crosswind on the wheel-rail interaction of unloaded and fully loaded wagon are analyzed. The results indicate that the wheel-rail forces and running safety indices of freight wagon increase with the running speed and wind speed. Besides, the crosswind affects the lateral wheel-rail interaction significantly. Under the condition of strong crosswind, the unloaded freight wagon has a high risk of overturning, while the fully loaded wagon can still meet the requirements for safe operation. To enhance the running safety of the freight wagons subjected to a crosswind, the running speed of the train is expected to be reduced, and the wind-break wall is expected to be set in the strong wind area.
