有效独立法在敞车侧墙模态中的应用研究

摘要:为了更精确地获取有限元模态仿真结果,研究中通常会对工程装备进行试验模态识别,而试验时传感器如何布设是关键一步。首先以某型敞车作为研究对象,根据有无质量点代替车门建立两种有限元模型,并在ANSYS中通过Lanczos法完成模态仿真计算;然后基于有效独立法获取传感器布设的位置,采用西门子多功能数据采集系统、通过PolyMAX模态参数识别法完成了试验模态测试,并将试验测试结果与仿真计算结果进行对比。结果表明两种模型的误差均符合工程要求,且设置质量点时吻合度表现更好,说明利用有效独立法获取模态试验时传感器布设方案是一种较为可行的方法。

Application of Effective Independence Method in Modal Analysis of Gondola Side Wall

Abstract:In order to obtain the results of finite element modal simulation more accurately, the experimental modal identification of engineering equipment is usually carried out in the research, and the layout of the sensors during the test is the key step. First, a gondola car is taken as the research object to establish two kinds of finite element models according to whether there are mass points to replace the door or not, and the modal simulation calculation is completed by Lanczos method in ANSYS. Then, the sensor layout position is obtained based on the effective independence method, and the test modal is completed by using Siemens multi-functional data acquisition system and the PolyMax modal parameter identification method, and the test results are compared with the simulation results, which shows that the errors of the two models meet the engineering requirements, and the agreement is better when the mass points are set. It shows that the effective independence method is a feasible method to obtain the sensor layout scheme in the modal test.
