船舶半悬挂舵数字化设计及其软件开发

摘要:针对目前舵系计算和绘图数据形成信息孤岛等问题,通过对半悬挂舵设计过程的分析,建立舵系参数化设计数学模型,基于Visual Basic 6.0平台开发舵系数字化设计软件。搭建4个舵系设计功能模块,构建模块与软件数据库间的链接,实现平台内数据共享。软件界面友好,数字与图形互动,通过对输入数据的实时质量控制确保设计无差错。建立舵系零件特征参数,基于SolidWorks与AutoCAD软件平台,实现零件参数驱动与修改,有限元分析与精度控制等。以15000DWT自卸运煤船半悬挂舵为设计究对象,输出了一套完整的半悬挂舵设计资料,验证软件设计的可靠性、准确性和高效率。

Digital Design and Software Development of Ship Semi-Spade Rudder

Abstract:The rudder is an important device for controlling the ship's heading and maintaining the navigation stability. Aiming at the problem that the rudder system design calculation data and drawing data cause information silos, through the analysis of the design process of semi-spade rudder, the mathematical model of parametric design of it is established, and the digital design software of rudder system is developed based on the Visual Basic 6.0 platform. Four functional modules are built to connect the module and the database to realize the data sharing within the platform. The software interface is user-friendly with digital and graphical interaction, and the real-time quality control of the input data results in an error-free design process. The rudder part feature parameters are established, and executions including the data driven calculation & modification and finite element analysis & precision control of the components are achieved based on SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Taking the 15000DWT ship semi-spade rudder as the research object, a complete set of design data is output, and the reliability, accuracy and efficiency of the software are verified.
