基于TRIZ的粉末型腔填充装置创新设计

摘要:根据对现有粉末型腔填充相关专利的分析,目前粉末型腔填充装置存在粉末跟随填充时间短、工作效率低、粉末阻塞的问题,运用因果分析法分析当前粉末型腔填充装置存在的不足之处,采用最终理想解(IFR)获取解决问题的理论模型,同时对模型的技术矛盾采用TRIZ理论的39个通用工程参数与40个发明原理进行分析,最终创新提出一种粉末型腔填充装置的设计方案,该设计可以增加粉末型腔填充装置的填充时间,提高其工作效率。

Innovative Design of Powder Cavity Filling Device Based on TRIZ

Abstract:According to analysis of the existing patents related to powder cavity filling, the current device has the problems of insufficient powder filling time, low work efficiency and powder blocking. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current powder cavity filling device by using the causal analysis method, and obtains the theoretical model to solve the problem by using the IFR method. At the same time, t-test is used to analyze the technical contradictions of the model on the basis of the analysis of 39 general engineering parameters and 40 invention principles of TRIZ theory, finally a design scheme of powder cavity filling device is proposed, which can increase the filling time of powder cavity filling device and improve its work efficiency.
