摘要:正面吊运机是铁路集装箱中心站最重要的集装箱装卸设备之一,其作业效率高低直接影响作业物流系统服务效率和水平。在装卸设备访问顺序未知情况下,考虑实际作业中运输设备及各种约束条件,建立了正面吊调度问题的线性规划模型,使其完成所有任务的总时间最短,然后采用LINGO 9.0对模型进行求解,结果表明该模型对于铁路中心站进行日常作业调度决策和提高作业效率具有一定的指导作用。

Study on scheduling method of container front crane in railway container terminal

Abstract:Container front crane is one of most important equipment in railway container terminal and its operation efficiency will directly affect the service productivity of container logistics system in the terminal. Considering transportation vehicles, the undetermined visiting sequence and various constraints related to the operation of container front crane, a linear programming model for scheduling problem was formulated, which minimized the total completion time of container front crane. The model is proved effective for the operational scheduling decision in the railway container terminal by a numerical example by LINGO9.0.
