基于PDM的CAPP系统中工艺知识库的构建及应用

摘要：在制造业信息化过程中，存在引进的各种信息化软件之间数据难以交互共享的问题，PDM和CAPP之间亦存在这种问题。提出基于工艺设计过程的PDM与CAPP集成，以工艺设计活动实际应用过程为设计依据建立集成业务模型。在PDM与CAPP集成体系中着重描述了工艺知识库中的结构模型、知识创建及查询流程，并提出了针对经验型知识的量化表达方法。
关键词：工艺知识库；经验型知识；业务建模

In this paper,theintegration of PDMand CAPPbasedonprocess planning.Theintegratedbusiness model based on theactualprocess designactivities. ThefocusintheintegrationofPDMand CAPPsystem are structuremodel、creation of knowledge and inquiryprocess intheprocess knowledge base, and the method of quantitative expression for the experience knowledge.
