浅析车身仿真设计在研发中的应用

摘要:车身仿真设计是一项复杂的系统工程,其目的是为了提高设计质量,减少工程化过程中的设计变更,但分析处理不当会导致结果失真,影响项目的质量和进度。通过利用CATIA等软件,并结合工程实例,对车身冲压、焊接和装配三个方面仿真分析进行了研究,得出了车身仿真设计能避免车身冲压负角和车身冲压过程中的回弹、起皱、撕裂等问题,减少冲压工序,并能起到优化焊接性能、降低车身重量、提高车身强度、优化制造工艺的功能。

Simulation design of body in the research and development in application

Abstract:Body simulation design is a complex systematic project. Its purpose is to improve the design quality and reduce the project in the process of the design change, but the analysis of improper handling can lead to distortion results and affect the project quality and schedule. Through the use of CATIA software, combined with the project example, the body stamping, welding and assembly of the three aspects of the simulation analysis are studied. It is concluded that the body simulation design can avoid the body stamping negative angle and the vehicle body stamping process rebound, wrinkling, tearing and other problems, reduce the punching process, and can rise to optimize welding performance, to reduce weight, improve the strength of the body of the function, and optimize the manufacturing process.
