基于VB的多关节搬运机器人的设计

摘要:为了提高工业生产中重复性工作的劳动效率,设计了一种基于VB的多关节型搬运机器人,系统对机器人本体结构进行了优化,通过运动控制卡控制伺服马达使机器人能够按照预定的路径行走,并将物料运送到指定位置。主要阐述了系统中机械结构模块、控制模块,并通过应用软件进行编程调试,调试表明,该系统能够满足搬运物料的设计目的,对降低工人从事重复性劳动时的事故率和提高劳动生产率具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to enhance the labor rate of repeated work in industry production, an multi joint-transport robot based on VB is designed. The system, with optimized body structure, uses the motion control card to control servo motor in order to make sure that the robot can move forward following the predetermined path. Also, it can deliver the materials to the appointed position. It expounds some important aspects in the multi-joint transport robot system, such as the mechanical structure module, and control module. What ’s more, we can program and debug in view of the application of software .In the debugging , the system can satisfy the purpose of transport materials. It has proved that this system is very significant to reduce the ratio of accident and enhance the labor rate of production when the workers are tired with doing repeated work..
