摘要:对700 ℃超超临界机组汽轮机用大型高温合金铸件的制造进行研究,通过对国内外研究现状、国内生产设备情况及生产过程中可能遇到的问题等因素的综合分析,认为采用In 625合金通过电炉+钢包精炼炉VOD冶炼、砂型铸造及拼焊成形是现阶段我国生产大型镍基合金铸件较为可行的方法。

Abstract:the main content of the paper was the casting process of heavy nickel-based superalloy casting of 700℃ ultra-supercritical steam turbine operating. The research status at home and abroad,the situation of domestic equipment, the possible defects during product process were analyzed respectively. As a result, the feasible forming method of large-scale nickel-base alloy casting includes smelting by Electric Furnace +Ladle Refining Furnace (VOD), sand casting and welding forming.
