摘要:介绍了一种利用机器视觉标定确定直角坐标机器人线性模组的重复定位精度的方法,通过分析计算得出了模组在热稳定下与从冷却到热稳定过程下的重复定位精度,同时对二者进行比较得出了热误差对重复定位精度的影响结果,并探讨了线性模组在不同速度下热误差对重复定位精度的影响。

The thermal error measurement of the rectangular linear robot based on machine vision

Abstract:This article described a method to determine the repetitive positioning accuracy of the linear modules in a rectangular robot by machine vision calibration, calculated the repetitive positioning accuracies of the modules under thermal stability and from cooling to thermal stability. Then by comparing the results, this paper obtained the effect of the thermal error to the repetitive positioning accuracy. And this article explored the influence of the thermal error to the repetitive positioning accuracy in different speeds.
