凸轮机构尺寸参数的优化设计

摘要:建立了行之有效的凸轮尺寸优化方法和相应的数学模型,并对凸轮机构尺寸设计的约束条件作了详细介绍。针对约束条件多且复杂,应用MATLAB中Fmincon函数对凸轮机构尺寸进行优化计算,编制了相应的可视化设计系统,方便设计者使用。最后实例分析表明所提方法是有效的和可靠的,对提高设计效率和设计质量帮助明显,是解决该类工程问题的便捷工具。

Optimization design of the parameters about CAM profile

Abstract:In this paper, an effective cam size optimizational method and corresponding mathematical model have been established, and the constraints of the cam mechanism design have been also introduced in detail. Because of the many and complex situation of constraints, the fmincon function of MATLAB are used to calculate the optimal size of cam mechanism. In order to use conveniently, the generate visual design system based on above mentioned methods have been compiled. The last example shows that the proposed method is effective and reliable. It can improve design efficiency and quality obviously. Thus, it is a convenient tool to solve such engineering problems.
