四川民营电缆企业的发展历程初探

摘要：概述了四川民营电缆企业的发展历程、优势、困难与挑战及前景展望和发展建议。将发展经历分为诞生期、成长期、高速发展期三个阶段，重点阐述了四川民营电缆企业发展的背景、经历和原因，分析了四川民营电缆企业与国营电缆企业相对比，在快速决策机制、灵活的销售机制和用工机制等方面的优势作用，以及现状面临的困难和挑战。其次，综合国家行业政策和市场需求，展望了行业发展前景，也给四川民营电缆企业在现状下如何转型升级稳中求发展，提出了中肯的建议，供行业人士参考。

The development of private cable enterprises in Sichuan

Abstract：This paper analyzes the advantages, difficulties challenges of private cable enterprises in Sichuan and outlines its prospects and development. Firstly the process of development is divided into three stages, named birth growth and high speed period. It focus on the development background, experience of Sichuan private cable enterprise and analyzes the advantages of the private cable enterprise in the way of fast decision mechanism, flexible sales system and Human resources mechanism as well as the difficulties and challenges the private cable enterprise face compared with state-run cable companies. Secondly, considering national industry policy and market demand, and looks forward to the development prospects of the industry, it also provides the suggestion of how to transform upgrade stability for development, to Sichuan private cable enterprise in the current situation.
