基于Workbench的斜齿轮参数化建模及有限元模态分析

摘要:在Workbench中利用参数化建模来创建标准渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮,并且在Workbench中对斜齿圆柱齿轮进行有限元模态分析,研究斜齿轮的固有振动特性,得到了斜齿轮的前6阶固有振动频率。最后可以得到,在Workbench中进行斜齿轮的参数化建模是比较精确的,模态分析得到了斜齿轮的低阶固有振动频率和模态变形。斜齿轮在工作中,要使其工作频率远离齿轮的固有频率,以免发生共振现象。

The parameterize modeling and finite element modal analysis of helical-gear based on Workbench

Abstract:The use of parametric modeling in Workbench to create standard involute helical-gear,And the finite element modal analysis of helical-gear in Workbench, study of natural vibration characteristics of the helical-gear, got the first six order natural vibration frequency of the helical-gear. It can be confirmed that parametric modeling helical-gear in Workbench is more accurate, and, we can get the low order natural frequency and major deformation of helical-gear, avoid resonance by keeping away from natural frequency of helical-gear in after work.
