基于PLC和组态王的油库消防监控联动系统

摘要：分析了目前石油罐区消防系统存在的问题，阐述了石油罐区消防系统改造及设置消防联动系统的必要性。基于PLC和组态王软件，构建了储油罐区消防自动监控联动系统，并实现了可视化操作。设计了一个具有两个油罐的石油库的火灾防灭火自动控制联动系统，详细阐述了系统设计原理、思路和流程。该系统实现了监控人员远距离监视和控制消防喷淋设施、泡沫灭火设施、消防泵房、阀门，并能在屏幕上直观显示系统状态，方便了人员操作，减少火灾时灭火系统的反应时间，在最有利的时间点控制火情。

Fire control linkage system of oil depot based on PLC and Kingview

Abstract：The existing problems of present oil depot fire control system were analyzed. The necessity to rebuild the existing fire control system and to build fire control linkage system was expounded. A linkage fire control system of oil depot was set up, which can inspect and control fire automatically. And the visualization of the system was realized. The system design principle, thought and process were expounded according the linkage system, which included two oil tanks. The system realized the function that the monitoring personnel could monitor and control the fire sprinkler facilities, foam fire extinguishing facilities, fire pumps and valves remotely. The system control state can be displayed on the screen intuitively. The system can reduce response time of the fire extinguishing system, which can make the fire be extinguished in the most advantageous time.
