基于流固耦合法的一种新型过滤器的结构优化

摘要:对一种新型过滤器的结构设计和工作原理进行了概述,并在SolidWorks中完成了过滤器装配体的三维实体建模。基于流固耦合方法,使用Fluent软件对过滤网和过滤器腔体内部流场进行三维数值模拟分析,将Fluent的流场压力计算结果作为ANSYS Workbench中的Static Structural结构静力分析的表面载荷完成耦合计算,进而求解其在水压力作用下的应力和变形。通过对模拟计算结果的分析与研究,对这种新型过滤器的局部结构进行了优化。

Structure optimization of a new type of filter based on the fluid solid coupling method

Abstract:The structure design and working principle of a new type of filter were summarized and three- dimensional solid modeling of filter’s assembly was built by SolidWorks. Based on the fluid solid coupling method, three dimensional numerical simulation and analysis of the internal flow field of the filter and the filter screen were calculated by Fluent software, results of flow field pressure calculated by Fluent were imported into static structural of ANSYS Workbench as the surface load for static structural analysis to accomplish coupling calculation, then the stress and deformation under the influence of hydraulic pressure were solved. The partial structures of this new type of filter were optimized by analyzing and studying the results of simulation calculation.
