火炮自动开关闩试验装置动力学参数设计

摘要:在火炮自动开关闩试验装置设计中,确保试验装置能够首先实现开闩是设计的关键。为此,基于虚拟样机技术建立的试验装置理论模型,对开闩关键参数——推动质量和推动力进行分析研究。在推动距离一定条件下,分别对推动质量取初始值m1、10m1、50m1、100m1时进行仿真实验,通过改变推动力值确定了试验装置实现开闩所需的最小推动力,分别为最小推动力理论计算值F的2.95倍、2.26倍、1.51倍、1.32倍。通过对推动质量与最小推动力间关系进行拟合,得到了最小推动力计算式。研究结果为不同推动质量下推动力的选取提供基准。

Abstract:During the design of automatic breechblock opening and closing test device for gun, it is important to ensure the test device could open breechblock successfully. As a result, the driving mass and force, the key test parameters, were studied based on the test device theoretical model established through virtual prototype technology. Under the breechblock operating distance fixed, the simulation experiments were carried out when the driving mass was original value m1, 10m1, 50m1 or 100m1 separately. The corresponding minimum driving forces were confirmed through changing the driving force. They were 2.95F, 2.26F, 1.51F, 1.32F. F was the theoretical value of minimum driving force. The curve of the driving mass matching the minimum driving force was fitted. The computational formula of the minimum driving force was obtained. The study provided the test device a basis for driving force selection under different driving masses.
