汽车冷却系统布置方式研究

摘要:针对汽车冷却系统中冷凝器、散热器和风扇的布置进行了研究,通过软件计算了不同冷却系统布置方式的冷却风进风量和流场特性,对比分析了三种情况的冷却系统进风效率。研究表明:重叠布置形式,冷却系统的进风量和进风效率都具有很大优势并且在一定的范围内,风扇和散热器之间距离的变化,对增加散热器的冷却风流量是有利的。

Abstract:Study of auto cooling system arrangement included condenser, radiator and fan. Through software to calculate the different cooling system arrangement of the cooling air into the air volume and flow field characteristics. Comparative analysis of the three conditions into the efficiency of the wind cooling system. Research shows that: overlapping decorate a form, into the airflow and into wind efficiency of cooling system has great advantages and in a certain range, the change of the distance between the fan and the radiator, is good for increasing radiator cooling air flow.
