不同档位下内燃机车司机室振动特性分析

摘要:内燃机车司机室振动问题正得到越来越多的关注,采用独立司机室结构可以有效降低司机室振动,但其隔振元件参数还需要合理匹配才能发挥最佳的隔振效果。本文基于建立的司机室6自由度动力学模型,结合能量解耦理论、隔振原理及优化算法改进了司机室隔振器布置参数及刚度参数,利用建立的司机室-底架有限元分析模型,仿真分析了实测柴油机各档位激励下隔振器参数改进前后的司机室振动情况,结果表明参数改进后司机室的隔振性能得到了明显的提高,对于柴油机各工作档位的振动激励均可以实现良好的隔振效果。

Analysis of Vibration Characteristics of Diesel Locomotive Cab under Different Gears

Abstract:The vibration of diesel locomotive cab has got more and more attention. Cab vibration can be effectively reduced by using the isolated cab, but the parameters of the vibration isolator need to be matched reasonably to achieve the best isolation performance. Based on the six-degree-of-freedom dynamics model of the cab and the energy decoupling theory, vibration isolation principle and optimization algorithm, the layout parameters and stiffness parameters of the cab vibration isolator are improved. Based on the cab-chassis finite element analysis model, the cab vibration condition under the excitation of each gear of the diesel engine before and after improvement is simulated and analyzed. The result shows that the vibration isolation performance of the cab has been significantly improved, and good vibration isolation performance can be achieved under each working gear of the diesel engine.
