挤吹机型坯壁厚控制系统研究及开发

摘要:型坯壁厚控制系统采用闭环反馈设计,整个装置由人机交互界面、壁厚控制器、高频响电液比例阀、伺服油缸和信号反馈装置等组成。系统采用插值算法解决人机交互壁厚曲线设计,人机交互界面采用绘制生成编辑设计和手动全编辑设计两种方式,编辑出合理型胚的壁厚分布曲线。开发吹塑型坯壁厚控制系统及PLC与计算机串口数据交换功能,通过电液伺服系统中的伺服油缸驱动内模上、下动作,使内模和外模的口模间隙随着型胚位置的变化而变化,吹涨时形成厚薄均匀的制品或产生任意壁厚分布的制品,最终达到壁厚控制的目的。

Research and development of extrusion blow type parison wall thickness control system

Abstract:Parison wall thickness control system adopts closed-loop feedback design, the whole device is composed of man-machine interface, wall thickness controller, high response electro-hydraulic proportional valves, servo oil cylinder and the signal feedback device etc. System uses interpolation algorithm to solve the human-computer interaction curves of thickness design, human-computer interaction interface using generating editorial design and manual editing design in two ways, edit the reasonable type embryo wall thickness distribution curve. The development of blow molding parison wall thickness control system of PLC and the computer serial port and data exchange function, through the servo oil cylinder electro-hydraulic servo driving system on the inner mold, action, make the die gap within the die and mould changes along with the fetal position, products of uniform thickness or produce any wall thickness distribution the formation of blowing up, finally achieve the purpose of wall thickness control.
